Goat cheese slipper and French tarragon (for 6 people)

The tarragon is an aromatic plant which has interesting virtues all the more since it goes perfectly with a multitude of dishes. A few chopped sheets of tarragon improve the salads. Preparation of the fitting for slippers

  1. Crush the goat cheese and beat it with one of the egg yolks, the liquid cream, the chopped tarragon, salt and pepper.
  2. Use the puff pastry and make circles in the dough (you can also be creative and try other shapes). Put the garnish with the goat cheese stuffing, then fold the edges of the circle of dough and brown with the second egg yolk, beaten with the tablespoon of water.
  1. 20 min in the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. Serve the warm puff pastry and a small green salad.
