Thym Carvaro -The dried plant and their characteristics
Introduction
Thyme is a rustic and aromatic plant, forming dwarf shrubs with evergreen foliage. We use the leaves or leafy branches as a condiment. Indeed, thyme is a must in Provencal cuisine. We can thus think of Marcel Pagnol looking for the thyme for his mother in the first part "The glory of my father". It will be added that thyme is part of the mixture of Provence herbs.
